Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to $50 or the amounts paid by you in the three months prior to the claim, whichever is more.
16. Arbitration Agreement
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: All disputes between you and Lefkas Guide, inc shall be resolved by binding arbitration instead of in court.
- Arbitration replaces the right to go to court
- There is no judge or jury in arbitration
- Class action procedures do not apply
- Arbitration shall take place in New York County, New York
